This guy is obviously mental. Who would argue that what he did was a rational act? I say get him off the streets before he goes off the deep end and hurts someone we know.

Comparing unlawfully entering a vehicle and grabbing a family pet and throwing him into traffic to a hunter of a wild animal is insane. Even hunters are not allowed to use a .22 to kill a dear - because it is not humane. Hunters are not allowed to trap a deer and set him loose in the middle of a freeway, either.

"He also faces four charges of perjury for allegedly lying to authorities to get out of speeding tickets."

This is one seriously f***ed up and potentially dangerous individual. I trust he serves every day of this sentence.

Now I'm not defending this guy, but if this dog were like a child, shouldn't this lady have had a seatbelt or restraint on the damn dog. Some states will prosecute for not having your kids clamped down, so what gives?
WTF???
