Hi guys. Last night my friend and i were coming home from "the village" in tunersville. I came out the parking lot and some guy in a lexus with rims illegally passed me, so i high beamed him. We both cought the next red light, i was behind him. turns out the light turned green and he didnt move, so i backed up and went around. he cought me at the next red light, rolled down his window and said, "whats poppin nigga?". I said nothing and started driving.

Turns out he followed us on 42. He tailgated the living crap out of me, almost hit me a few times and my friend in his gsx. i got tired of it, i sped up, slowed down to 80 and took the 1st off ramp, which is very streight. the guy in the lexus tapped my rear driver side bumper when i went to the ramp and i lost controll. i saw him in the rear view swerve out of the turn and almost loose control. it all happened so fast. i didnt hit the brakes at all, i let the car did what it was going to do and i countered steered. i ended up smacking the left curb, then hit the right curb, then spun into the left one bounced off and did a 360 onto the right one finally stopping. the trees on the off ramp and mangled from me.

i was never in an accident before, so i called my dad. he told me to call 911. well a tow truck came and 2 state troopers did also. they immediatley shined the flash light in my eyes and questioned my friend.

(matt with his gsx didnt take the off ramp, he passed it and saw me spin, so he breaked on 42 and ran to my car. he told me i was lucky to be alive, he though i was done for. he backed his car up and pulled on the ramp.)

the first words out of the cops mouth were, "you were street racing, admit it". i was mad. they sterotped me right off the bat. they said the same thing to matt. they took all my info and my liscense. the tow truck guy came up to me and said,"were towing your car, your on a state road.". so i said," you, your not towing my ing car asshole. ill drive it down the ramp before you touch it."

well the cops came back over, said their towing the car. i said ill drive it. i put the key in the ignition, hit the button. nothing, she was trying to turn over so i gave her some gas and finally she turned over. it was such a pain to hear the sound of the exhaust coming from the bent amuse exhaust. i drove the car down the ramp, met the cops and my dad in a parking lot. matt came down too. told my dad what happened.

well heres the result: i got a 2 point wreckless driving ticket, i have to go to court now, they think i was racing, and no lexus. they wont go look for it. cops said its all my fault. im more mad that they thought i was racing. the s2000 goes to the shop tommorrow. i went back to the scene today, their were no skid marks. it was about 15% my driving error and 85% him hitting me making me swerve. i felt very safe in the s2000 as it was playing with my life. when the car gets fixed ill see what happens. my mom wants me to sell it. if i do sell it, i think ill get another s2000 or get one down the road. hopefully ill keep it, i have to wait and hear from insurance. ill post some pictures up soon, im just glad im able to be here now typing this. road rage is bad, stay away from it or just pull over. dont try to loose it like me.

 

that sux. Pics? How much will it cost to fix? BTW how old are you? Street racing must be bad in your area for them to stereotype you like that? Glad to hear your ok man. Next time dude says waz up nigga give hm the westside sign

 

Cops are just bad. Im 18, they have to sterotype me. but they dont understand that i drive safe and work very hard to pay for my car. the del-val guys know me well enough to say that im not an idiot for my age. this sucks pretty bad right now, i have no money to fix it. the monthly payments kill me as it is. i hope insurance is ok, i have to get the police report and pray that those pigs didnt right racing on it or im done for.

 

here is the turn i hit. theirs no marks, i know the turn well enogh to know whats the fastest i you can take it at. if that guy didnt clip me i would have made it.

 

heres the car. theirs nothing more embarrassing then driving your wrecked car home as your dad follows you doing 15 mph. oh and by the way, im out 2400$ for the amuse if insurance doesnt cover it. i saved hard for that exhausr too. yes its just a car, but to me i feel like i lost a lot. i guess because of my age and how hard i worked to get the downpayment for the car and how i struggle to make the payments. hum...

BTW, for anyones info, their was no traffic on the highway, and the road was completely dry. the car is wet b/c it rained this mourning.

 

shitty man. How much are your monthly payments? I'm guessing your insurance will go up....Also when you take her to a shpp make sure it is the top shop in the area since you have yellow otherwise they'll fuk your yellow up. Sad to see another s2k crash, good luck man and maybe you can take out a loan or something to help cover some of the costs.

Also be glad you walked out allright. A car is a car and can be replaced.

 

the payments are 380 a month. its a small payment for the avg. person, but it gets rough for me here and there.

ill talk to the body guy, im gonna try to keep the car. i feel the s2000 saved my life. ill just rebuild her better than before.

 

That totally pisses me off. People like that should ing die . The cop and the driver of the Lexus.

I was once at a bowling alley with some of my friends (also Indian), and some white boys started giving us problems. One of them screamed out that we should "go back to your own country". This after a month back from almost a year in Iraq, set me off. Grabbed the dude (probably 17 or 18 year old) by the neck and told him where I had been and what I had seen/done.

Okay, an unrelated story, but the ignorance level is similar. I ing HATE these kinds of people . And ya know what's funny, most of them will have a US flag sticker on their car somewhere. Go figure. [/RANT]

If the Scumbag driving the Lexus acts like that all the time, I'm sure he'll mess with the wrong person eventually.
