i will fight the ticket, or see how my dads connections fair. he said he should have no problem getting it fixed. my friends cousin is also a cop in the twp. i recieved the ticket from. normally i dont like using people, but in this case i need help. worse comes to worse ill use the last of the money i have and get a lawyer.

as for the car, im going to seriously talk to my dad about it. im paying for the car, so i should have majority of the say. i just dont want my parents to think im using this crash as a way to get parts, b/c if i have say with the money, if i get any, it wil be used right.

im thinking j's molded front, 04 headlights, TS cf hood, seibon cf trunk, new exhaust. not sure if ill get the dual amuse again, i need to get bulletproof to get me a recipt, i never recieved one and i left them a message explaining the situation.

im glad to be ok, i learned a lot in 30 seconds. my life flasshed before my eyes. i was in the car, but it didnt feel like i was. my eyes were open the whole time, but it was like i wasnt paying attention once i did the 360. it was a very weird experience. i know im only 18, but im gonna change a lot about my life. i always lived with the motto, " you only live once.", its very true. im glad theirs someone watching me up there.

 

I would recommend calling every body shop in the area for the next 7-8 weeks and ask if any white lexus's have been in for any work to their front bumper. Chances are (if you get lucky) they will want to get their car fixed at some point in time. Make phone calls and start to network. Surely their has to be an honest citizen who will turn the thug in. If you get lucky, you will find the thug and he will be liable for all the damage to your car and other possible punitive damages.

I hope you have learned to not attract attention to yourself from assholes like that even though he was wrong, unless you are ready to fight to the death. I can tell you my friend, that asshole was looking for a fight. You seem rather mature for being 18 years old. Stay away from trash like that, it isn't woth it.

You managed to walk away from it so there is a small blessing there. Did neither you nor your fellow driver get the Lexus plates? This may seem obvious but u never know.

The other side of this is what about model of Lexus and colour, as you say you have white paint on your car hence the police should be able to search on male drivers with white registered Lexus (insert model number) and any other details (race, hair colour, or whatever, not too sure of american records).

It might be worth a try?

 

the cops were jerks, they blamed it 100% on me. they wont search for the lexus, and they told my dad they wouldnt either. as for the tag #, we didnt get it. we thought about it, but when matt saw me spin out he was more worried that i was hurt than the lexus guy.

 

ok, as for the s2000, she arrived at the body shop this mourning. i personally drove her their doing 25mph. i talked to the oner myself, hes changing some things, definately getting 04 headlights and a new bumper. the whole cars getting re-sprayed spa yellow, and their going to check the whole undercarriage out from the curb.

btw, hes calling bulletproff, he dont worry one bit. im getting a new amuse.

 

you need to find that lexus, He ruined your life and I bet hes laughing about it.

my dad says you can find trouble every minute of the day. ill wait for him to come to me. ill run into him eventually, south NJ isnt that big for our area. ill just make sure i keep an extra eye out for him.
