im sure im in the minority, but i dont get why guys take a crap for so long and take magazines etc in with them? can you really do both at the same time? is it like a sanctuary away from your wives? time with yourself to "play"?

We take so long in the crapper because this is the only time you get to pick up magazine and actually read it!!!! IF you were in your living room you won't pick up a magazine and read it u rather watch t.v instead

well thats my 2cents!!!I really think its beacuse of GF or wifes nagging hahaha... They won't bust in the rest room and nag at you they are going to wait until you get out!!! hahaha

I look at it as a time to read the mail. get away from the daily stress. Its a pretty comfortable seat if you ask me, the best one in the house

My mirror is directly in front of the crapper, I like seeing that vein pop out in my forehead when I push too i feel like a tough guy

If I had a nintendo ds while taking a dump, I'd lose track of time.

Usually I'm quick, drop off the kids in the pool and I"m out, but sometimes I take a car mag in there and actually read.

I usually take 5- 10 minutes, is that really that long? It provides me with a santuary away from the rest of my hectic life. For me, reading helps me relax my a-hole so everything flows freely. It doesn't matter what I read, it just has to be something. In a pinch I will read the contents of my wallet or read the air freshener can....you'd be amazed at how much of that can is filled with 'inert ingredients'
