Apple sucks in many directions, sure they are great if you like to sit in a starbucks and watch maternity websites and merely nothing more. PC are hit or miss, commercial PCs are what have given them a bad name in the first place, too much bloat ware,shitty hardware with win vista, bare minimum specs etc.... all have given pc a bad name. You wont see that with apple because BG tells you what you need and they build their shit accordingly, but you will pay significantly more for the same hardware on many levels. If you are using it for a business and run applications that need everylittle bit of power, build yourself a PC and let it fly. If you only check emails and dilly with photos and music then who cares, PC and Apple will both be able to do that job easily. Propriatery platforms annoy me to no end, I dont like being limited in what I do or how I upgrade and sure as hell wont pay an extra 300-400 for a 4GB ddr3 module simply because apple took one for corsair and removed 1 pin so it stays "Apple" specific.
