Anybody else use this shit bank? I tried to depost a check that's dated for tomorrow and they wouldn't take it. They also have the shittiest customer service. If you call them to ask them about something, they talk to you like you're a child. Oh, not to mention their whole "we know you purchased X items on Saturday, but we're going to take out your biggest purchase on Sunday before those little ones so we can slap you with as many overdraft fee's as we can." **** the Fago.

Typically I go to Bank of America and deposit on thursdays and they do it despite the date no questions asked.

After tomorrow Wells Fago won't have my business anymore and I hope every emploee gets aids and dies (except my girlfriend).

 

LOL I work for a division of WF. I havent ever had any problems though. Could just be your local branch/area. The ones around here (AZ) are beyond nice. Its almost a little creepy at times.

 

Is it common practice for ya'll to refuse money? Ya'll don't seem to have a problem taking it in over draft fees when I go over by a dollar, but when I try to deposit a check a day early (because my employer likes getting us our money promptly) ya'll refuse to take it.

Bank of America is all about the customer, and I have never had ANY kinds of problems with them.

 

I cannot really comment as I dont work for the bank directly (hence me being on s2ki all day long)

"I am an attorney and we have filed a lawsuit case in Federal Court in San Francisco against Wells Fargo for their practice of charging overdraft fees for transactions when there were sufficient funds in the account at the time of sale. We have brought the case on behalf of three clients and are asking the Court to make it a class action for all Wells Fargo customers.

What we believe happens is that through delayed posting of charges and then reordering the charges from highest to lowest, it creates overdraft charges for transactions when there was sufficient funds at the time of the transaction to cover the sale.
