LOL I work for a division of WF. I havent ever had any problems though. Could just be your local branch/area. The ones around here (AZ) are beyond nice. Its almost a little creepy at times.
Used them in MN when they bought NW Bank. Still use them here in TX. Never any issues. Must be your branch

I've been with WF siince 1979 when they were the only lender in town to help me buy my house with 95% financing. They have done a few things I didn't like, but customer service has always been fine. I never stanbd in line, though, always use the ATM. (no fee for me ever, and there must be 4 or 5 ATM locations just in my small town).
No bank is perfect all the time, but if you always yell, maybe that's why your service is crappy.

Anyway. I guess I'll just go cash it at Bank of America since they always want to make customers happy, then I'll go to Wells Faggo and give them their money and close my account.
Why would it take you 5 years to come to this conclusion?

If I had "regularly" crappy service from ANY company, I would switch.

Wellsfargo has always treated me nice. Each time there was a problem, they corrected it with a smile.
BofA on the other hand, were a bunch of crooks. I parked a few thousands in a checking account there but I didn't use it b/c I moved. They decided to "upgraded" my checking account (without asking me) and then decided there wasn't sufficient funds with this premium account and charged me $19.95 each month. Since the statements were going to my mother's house I found out that there were a bunch of charges after a few months. They refused to gimme my money.

They are actually one of the few companies that I've never had anything but A+++ service from. Had them for 5+ years now and the only mistake they made was some misprinted checks which they quickly sent new ones and sent me a gift card and a letter apologizing. Cant ask for more in my opinion, especially from a major corporation.

LOL i have wells fargo and have never had a problem. if you are getting overdraft fees it means you are a dead beat customer, and they arent losing much should you leave. I have a bunch of money with them and have never had any problems with them or my wells fargo credit card.

i dunno, but the point of writing a future date on a check is so it is not cashed immediately. from their pov, they dont want to deal with a nsf from the check being cashed early, so it makes sense.

It would make sense if I was going to cash the check for them to reject it. I was going to depost the check, which means it won't go into my account until midnight which would be, you guessed it, tomorrow.

And they are losing a lot by me leaving. I've already closed out my auto loan and credit cards with them and went to Bank of America. They're going to lose way more in finance charges than the measely overdraft fee's they just HAD to have.

The whole "WE CAN'T DEPOSIT THIS IT'S A DAY EARLY AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THIS ISN'T UNTIL TOMORROW SIR." attitude was uncalled for.
I wanted to kick her right in the pussy but there was a wall in front of me. Oh well, I hope she goes home and gets beaten by her boyfriend and then raped by a black guy.
