I saw a baby blue Mercury Cougar with a white body kit at a Target Parking lot last month. Last weekend I happened to see the same Mercury Cougar - body kit still unpainted.

I'd understand if they just put it on the car because they had no place else to store it. But - wouldn't you want to match-paint the kit within - I dunno two weeks of installing it?

Granted - we don't know their situation - we don't know if something happened where their funds needed to be diverted to something MORE important, but, then again - I can't imagine that situation happening to EVERYONE that has an unpainted body kit right now
