we dont work at the same place. we work probably 4-5 miles apart. should have clairified that a little better.

well i think if i was in your situation i'd drop my wife off or vise versa.
but my wife works different hours and no where close.
I spent just over $50 to fill up my S yesterday for the first time in history.. when I bought the car it cost me about $26. But today I cruised 50 miles to work at about 90mph.. so I guess I'm not affected yet.

Even at $10 a gallon it would only cost me $100 to fill up each week.
I know people with trucks who are paying over $110 to fill up at $4.00+ a gallon.
All you have to do with the S2k is drive around in 5th and 6th gear to save gas.

Been daily driving motorcycles for a couple years now, mostly for fun but the added gas savings are a bonus. Previously the expensive tires make the gas savings null, but now that is not the case.
I get about 50-55 on the highway and 30 is the lowest I've ever seen in the city. If I was worried about gas though I'd just get a non Super Sport to ride and gas mileage would be 40+ around town, 50-60 on the highway.
