what supplements do you take when your working out
Been doing lifting for quite a few years now and im at my peak in weight and strength... thinking about trying some new supplements and curious to what everyone else is taking.

I've used Muscle Milk Light before with good results and I thought it was palatable as well (the Cookies and Cream flavor). I used Cell-Tech once upon a time and tried Lipo 6x as a fat burner to try and get a little extra kick (waste of money IMO). After dropping supplements altogether for about 6 months and being much more mindful of my diet, I'm back near my peak strength except about 25 lbs. lighter. Heard good things about noXplode and the Syntrax sounds interesting, but I'm happy with my results sans supplements.
I was an exclusive Isopure user for a while then I made the move toward Muscle Milk light when I wanted to cut down. Now I'm building up and I just went through a tub of this:

i use NO Explode as a pre-workout
i use creatine as a post workout
i use whey protein 2x a day..
of course with a nice healthy lunch and dinner it all goes in good. started gaining muscle and losing weight. i had to stop cause im deployed right now..too much stuff to do..but when i get back im getting back on it..

I usually use NO-Xplode. I've tried that in combination with BSN's Cell Mass and didn't notice any significant gains.
I've also tried Beverly International products and think they started to work. I didn't stay on them too long as they are expensive!
