Default What's the best card trick ever?

A few years ago there was a magicians' forum which had a poll about the best card trick ever. The voting ended up with two tricks tied for first place, way ahead of all of the others. I wanted to get the laymen's view on this. I'll describe the tricks (variations of both of which I perform):

Triumph: A spectator chooses a card, remembers it, and replaces it in the deck. The deck is shuffled several times, then shuffled again with half the cards face-up and half face-down. The cards are shown face-up and face-down after they're shuffled. The magician snaps his fingers and spreads out the cards. All of them are face down, except the chosen card, which is face up in the middle of the deck.

Out Of This World: A deck of cards is shuffled, then handed to a spectator. He is told to separate the cards into red ones and black ones with only one condition: he doesn't get to look at the faces of the cards. He must guess (intuit?) which are red and which are black. At the end the magician turns over the two piles of cards; all of the red ones are in one pile and all of the black ones are in the other.

I'd have to go with Triumph,
But my fav is the one I saw a guy do in Vegas, famous guy I believe, roams the streets. He asked a girl to pick a card, she did, and he tossed the cards into the air, going all over the place, he then said look in your beer bottle. Half full, and inside was the card unbent, and it was the one she picked.. It blew my mind!!

You Do As I Do (it has many variations) can be an incredible effect.

I just started performing one in which a spectator chooses and signs a card and I do the same. The spectator puts my card in an envelope and seals it. I use a staple gun to staple the envelope to a pine board, then shoot 8 or 10 staples all over the envelope, stapling my card to the board. I pick up the spectator's card, wave the board over it and instantly have my card in my hand! (No holes!) Using an X-acto knife, I cut away the envelope and there is the spectator's card stapled to the board!

Both tricks seem like they're based on the same principle - just a different application of the same trick. Very good though!

I was mightily impressed with the card tricks David Blane (?) did on his TV show a few months ago. That guy did some amazing stuff.
