What's the fastest you've been in a car?

I've had the S at 146 with a little left to go but I was running out of room. And this was from like 70-140 in the course of probably over a mile.
I had my old 93 bmw 525i to 147 when the fuel cut, she had a lot more in her.
Various corvettes and srt8s at 125is
All times were speedometer indicated, and were done on a private track in Mexico, of course. I am a little surprised that the bmw which had something like 180hp pulled much faster then the S at higher speeds, autobahn gearing I suppose.

I went 136 in my previous RX8. Very Stable but still scary past 120. S2000 with the top up i believe around 125. With the top down 110ish. Freakin scary anything past 100 with the top down!

Fastest i been was 145 my s2000 right after i got it tuned 
130mph in a 5th gen Accord with a F20b swap with full bolt ons and tune and i gotta say that thing was a beast for a 4 door lol(and very stable)

the fastest I have ever been was 178mph on a 2006 Honda CBR1000RR and still had one gear to go, but I chickened out. If you have ever watched the movie Driven with Stallone at the part where he starts to humm and the picture goes all blurry, that is the feeling you have when you go that fast on a cycle, everything becomes a blurr...

143mph in my old RSX-S with 2 other people in the car. The car was stock and if I can remember right it topped out in fifth gear. I held it at 143 for about a half mile or so. Pretty stupid i'll never go that fast again.

Dead on tach and Speedo still pulling in my 1996 Camaro fully built so 160+
170+ on my ZX7R according to the speedo so who knows.
Hit the rev limiter on my 98 Explorer so like 111, wooo hooo!
About 75 mph in my convertible 1969 baja bug with 1980 suspension on a windy night. Talk about drifting..
