Just over 140 in a 360 Modena

 

Coming back from Redondo Beach to Las Vegas on I15, I got my S up to 136 while racing a RX8. Pretty fun, I was really amazed at how stable this car was. It was almost as if my car felt more stable the faster I went. I loved it!!!!

for me it was 160 in an nsx. it was ****ing redculous and i will never attempt it again.


although i will say that it felt pretty stable

 

146mph in a 1991 CRX 1.6i-VT (148hp VTEC model, dont think the USA got this as an official import) at an 'undisclosed location' in the UK. Hit redline in 5th. Thats what the speedo said, probably only 140 realistically though.

On a bike, well, about 165 (1991 Kawasaki ZZR1100)

spare built GSR motor out kenny trans race car, SC61 @ 22 psi. Not sure what speed cause the speedo was buried for a good 30 seconds after it indicated 120, i'm guessing 160-170 or so. The car spun 5th on the highway and i've never been so scared

 

162 MPH Porsche 911 Targa - In Montreal on the Canadian government's test track. The track had banked turns which really made it fun.

 

142 in my 2002 acura tl type s and 153 in my s2000...past a cop...lets just say i didnt wait for him to come give me a ticket

 

175 in a friend's 911 turbo race car - he was driving on the roval/banking at MIS. 162 in my own race car - highly built Corvette, don't own it anymore. 111 GPS verified in a Fountain off shore boat - most exciting of them all, some guy in our marina found out I liked fast toys and took me for a ride. Somewhere right around the speed limit in my S2K ;-)

Does a turbo Busa count? If so then 214MPH......that's the top speed the GPS was reading. The bike still had plenty more!!

by the way this was done on a closed streatch of road thats was about 8 miles long.
