What's the fastest you've been in a car?
Tricked out 600 fzr 145-155
Mom's 92 Galant 137
Civic si 130ish
early 90's stang 140ish
Stealth RT Turbo 140-150ish
68 chevelle 400 plus hp speedo all wrong, but I wraped it back to about 25. 7k rpm in top gear. 7k was with final drive ratio of 3.73 with 28 inch tires about 6k with final drive ratio of 3.08 28 inch tires.
So like 160 with the 3.08s
and like 155 with the 3.73s
Oh i've also been like 115 in a boat.

290 km/h on my old Ninja 900
and 255 km/h in my doctors 911 turbo 3.6
both were on a drg strip. Let me just say I will never NEVER go that fst on a bike again. I think I saw the future

About 155 mph in a chipped 944 turbo. It was about 2am and my cousin was driving on the Interstate in New Jersey. He didn't want to take his eyes off the raod and so it was my job to read him the speed and the rpms.
100 mph in a rented chevy monte carlo, with a trunk full of camping gear and two mountain bikes on the back rack, in Montana. very scary. (was younger then, will never try that again)
90 in a '74 Alfa Spider, with only lap belts. Almost as scary as the Monte Carlo incident.
Haven't done >90 in the StooK, I like fast corners better than top speed.

I went 140 in the GSR.
I've been 135 in the S2000, not even trying to go fast, I just kept it down on an open stretch of road.
I think the fastest was in high school with a buddy's 1971 Chevelle SS with a 454. It was nighttime, we were on a country road we knew very well and he had it buried. Scared the crap out of me and taught me to respect speed. I have no idea how fast it was, but it was real fast.

FYI- it's a bad idea to drive with a full bladder. Among other bad things that could happen in a crash, a full bladder can be ruptured by the lap belt, spilling urine into the abdominal cavity. Not a good thing.
Song, you saw me to 145 on the way to willows
I got up to 140 saturday night(sunday morning) at 12:30am between Granite Creek and Mount Hermon on southbound 17!
As there were no other cars on the road.
At 140+ even with the top up, the s2k is VERY loud.
Before the s2k it was 130 (speed limiter) in me 1998 Accord EX V6

krazik, I was trying to to incriminate anyone! But yeah, I posted something about that little blast of yours on another thread.
funcar, a Twin-Turbo Nitrous Testarossa? Did that happened to be built by Norwood Ferrari and owned by JohnC? That is the only Ferrari I've ever heard of that has the specs you mentioned.
I have been humbled by the fellow speed freaks on this board. I have been in several cars over 100, I had only listed my most memorable ones. The Corvette was memorable because I was only 15 then. The Mustang, because I felt like we were no longer in contact with the road!
It seems with new technology and the current crop of extremely capable cars, 110 is no big deal anymore. Heck, some econoboxes can do that now. I get that speed during test drives of interesting cars.
