It's one of my dreams to be on the jury for a case like this (or one where a burglar sues a homeowner for injuring himself while robbing the house) just so that I can personally strike back at BS lawsuits like this. What a crock. Too bad most prosecutors won't like a college educated engineer on their jury .

 

Tedow, there is hope for you, I got to sit on a jury two years ago and I fall in the same category as you (educated and tired of stupid people and lawsuits). After we reached our decision (guilty) we found out from the judge just how much of a slime this guy really was. It made me feel even better that we'd sent him away.
