Default who to talk to?

Well the story is a bit long, but basically i am waiting for my extended warrenty refund for my odyessey sold. I sold it about 2 months ago and immedialtey after went into a dealership to sign the papers to cancel the extended warrenty, and to recieve the remaining balance of the warrenty back to me since i did not use the whole 7 year/100,000 miles. The oddy was about 1 year, and after signing the papers in the dealership i eas told it would take 2-3 weeks for it tp process and get my check. Well its going on 2 months and 2 weeks and i still havent recieved my check yet. I called last week about this problem to the dealership and they said i will be getting a call from them today for sure about where my check is. Well after waiting and leaving a message to this lady that is taking care of this situation i called her cause she seemed to forgot or didnt bother to call. I left the message, no call back so about 3 hours later i call again and then she answers and gives me attitude about how she just got my message and to be more patient. Well i waited and no call back and they are closed for today now.

is there someone i can call about this, and to let someone know i dont appreaciate the service i am getting from this lady that is taking care of my situation.

How does that canceling extended warranty deal work? I got my car 4 months ago and would like cancel the extended warranty deal since every1 here agrees that it's crap. I've heard that I could only get my $ back after the 7 years if I hadn't used it. Could I cancel it now before I even usei t?

yes, you can cancel the extended warranty anytime before the extended warranty expires. the refund will be prorated from the day you purchased the extended warranty even though your regular manufacturer's warranty has not expired, meaning they will calculate the refund based on your having used 4 months out of the 7 years policy, even though technically you've only be using the regular manufacturer's warranty during this period. i know it doesn't seem fair, but i'm guessing this is the method they use to discourage people from canceling their extended warranties. from my experience, canceling an extended warranty is like trying to cancel a gym membership. they make it difficult and unfair for you to do so and they try to make you feel guilty about it.
