Here's a good tip:
Instead of chewing on the gauze that they give you, that quickly absorbs the blood... try using a teabag instead. It slows the flow of blood, helps the healing, plus it tastes better than bloody conjealed cotton

I had all four out at once when I was sixteen. They gave me a prescription for Tylenol with codeine, told me to take one about an hour after the surgery, then as-needed after that.

I took the first one, then ended up throwing the rest away. It never hurt; I never got swolen: it was a breeze.

why'd you throw it out!? you coulda made yerself sum of dat PuRpLe STuFF!

i had mine out a few years ago... i looooooOOoOoove vicodin. just have soup, ice cream, and pudding and lots of vicodin and you should be good. oh, and the number one rule:

DO NOT USE A STRAW FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS!

i used a straw and got dry sockets.... it was terrible.

You guys are all Wussesss!!! I drove home after having all 4 pulled out and I was awake the whole time during the procedure. They never put me under. The next 2 days were hell though. I have my mom to thank for that. She had to work and couldnt pick me up.
I would eat light, soft foods. Good luck.
