Some animals can be domesticated, others cannot. Chimps are wild animals and have never been truly domesticated, the stupidity of people who think they can keep them as pets and be safe is ridiculous. They are in cages at the zoo for a reason..

Hmm how is it the owners fault... yes SHE should help out an not blow it off on someone else but it could happen by ANY animal... this chimp has been in all types of TV commercials and movies.... this is the first time this has happened and now everyone is ready to go balls out killing chimps and putting the owners in prison...Are you serious? Hmm everyday a hunter goes out and mauls a defenseless deer, bear, elk, moose, etc.... why are these people not in jail? It's the same damn thing just from a different perspective... get a grip people shit happens!

IF you own *any* pet, no matter what kind, and that pet does *anything*... you are responsible. Shits on someone's yard or mauls someone's face, doesn't make a difference. YOUR pet, YOUR responsibility. All owners of pets need to realize this.

 

Wait, so I'm still not totally clear, since I haven't watched any of the video clips. Whose chimp was it? Was it the lady's chimp?

Kind of reminds me of that guy who wanted to live with the bears. Co-habitated peacefully with them in the wild for years. Right up until when they ate him.

 

So over the weekend, i emailed this thread to a friend of mine who does actually happen to own a monkey. He just emailed me back with this:

"Uga. Monkey good. Great place to wipe fappage when Jane roll over. Also bring many bananas. I send pic. Buga."
