Working out
For those who work out? Do you guys take supplements such as protein and weight gainers?
I have a hard time gaining weight and I have tried weight gainers couple of times but it seems like it doesnt work for me.
Should I continue to take them ? Is it possible to get big without taking supplements?

I had the same problem in college when I powerlifted. In a nutshell, and I'm not trying to be an ass, you have to eat.
It gets to be a chore just to eat that much every day to put on weight. Since you have a problem gaining weight, eat whatever you want. I recommend at least a 1 lb of red meat a day. I also would eat (or supplement) 2 grams of protein for every lb of body weight.
Weight gainers never really worked for me either. I would make like 2000 calorie shakes but they never seemed to help. It would just go through my system too fast to be absorbed. When I upped my protein is when I finally got to put on some size. Also you can't just make a 200 gram shake. Your body can only absorb 50 grams at a time so plan your shakes and meals accordingly.
Be patient. It takes time to put on weight. I started at 125 lbs and through working out 4 days a week and eating everything in site I finally got up to my perfect lifting weight of 170. It took me 3 years.
Besides eating, lift HEAVY!!!!! Reps are for sculpting. Max effort is for size. We used Westside Barbell method of working out. If you get stronger you have to get bigger.
If you need anything else, pointers, workouts, etc. just PM me and I'll get you what you need.

alot of it depends on your workout routine & what you eat. It takes about 15 calories per pound of body weight per day just to maintain your weight, so if your consuming 3000 calories per day but working out say an hour (you burn about 7 calories per minute if your lifting weight), that's already 420 calories you've burned, minus that from 3000 calories you consume on a workout day and that drops to 2580 so you won't gain any muscle, you might even lose muscle. If your trying to gain weight, limit your cardio, take a daily log of what you eat on your workout days and make sure your consuming enough healthy food. Remember also, to gain muscle you not only need to consume calories, but also take note that you need about 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight and also 1 gram of carbs per pound per day as well. This is just basic info, not knowing what your daily workout routine is i really can't provide much more info, but nutrition is a huge factor if your trying to gain, sustain, or lose weight. (BTW, the supplements i take are creatine, bcaa's, glutamine, HMB, whey & caseine protein, fat burner, and noxplode)
i work out...mostly aerobic. running, balance ball, push ups, pull ups, and some weight training. i dont use supplements of any kind...i just try and eat healthy. i definaltey have put on some bulk...but by body builder standards, im sure its laughable

It's quantity but also quality. I was just reading an article on an olympic powerlifter, he consumes nearly 8,000 calories a day but most of it is things like chicken, fish, brown rice, egg whites, etc. He also drinks two supplement powershakes a day, one in the AM and one in the evening. You can get big on just food alone but you need to steer clear of highly-processed foods and eat a lot of good-quality foods. Supplements make it a little easier.
