Default Workout Music

Just curious if any of you guys who workout like to listen to music while you exercise, and if so, what kind? specific songs?

Personally, I always need some music to listen to while im running or lifting to get me in the zone. It just seems to make the time go faster and the miles seem shorter. Im just wondering if anyone else feels the same way

Just got back from a week in Japan and I had the Dead Kennedys - Plastic Surgery Disasters on my mp3 player. 4 outstanding workouts to that

While I typically enjoy hip hop music, I find it does nothing to stimulate me during a work-out. Usually I listen to alternative/modern rock tunes from the likes of Swollen Members, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Matchbox 20, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and the White Stripes to name a few.

Ironically, I don't listen to such music when I'm not working out.

Damn I'm weird
