There is no "Stimulus" it that transaction.
Dubai got smacked in the face with what's called "REALITY".
The people who stood back and preached how "over the top" their industry was can now say "I told you so".
I can't help but want that entire economic strategy to fail....

The point is that the oil won't last forever. They're trying to build a big tourism industry to resume where oil will leave off, however far from now that may be.
In my opnion, it's not a good view. Taller building doesn't seem attractive or not an amazing architecture for me. Ok, here we see a cool engineering and the symbol of being rich but still it's not the way that i would prefer while organizing an impressive city.
