you're doing something illegal for monetary profit. that's my idea of selling your soul to the devil. 40k for 3 years...that breaks down to roughly 13k a year. her living expenses will probably cost that much. plus..what if she can't get a work visa? are you going to be stuck raising her or do you expect her parents to pay for her way?

cute and educated? i'm sure if she's as smart as you make her sound, she should have no problems finding a good job where ever she's located. 40K US dollars, hardly puts her in a destitute situation.

you're probably better off getting a part time job to save money a little quicker for a condo, then rent out a room so you'll have help with mortgage.

i personally would never marry a divorcee. then again as a society, we have lower moral standards nowadays (check the slut thread), so maybe you'll get lucky and find someone who doesn't care.

its kind of vague...what are the agreements? is she going to live with you? are you going to have to pay for her or does she have the means to live on her own even if she's stays at your new house? does she have a good education background? are you close to her family or is this just a girl that found your email address?

i don't see a reason why you can't do it except for the fact its supposed to be illegal (alot of people do this, its not something new). you are right. she may be trying to move to the US to better herself and her family.

Ummm have you been to or lived in other countries before? No matter how educated or smart one is, good jobs don't just fall into people's laps in most other countries like they do in the US, especially for women. You can have all the education and skills you want, but (1) there probably still won't be many jobs available and (2) a man or someone who is better connected will most likely get what's available before your application even hits the waste basket. Sad but it's reality for many parts of the world outside of the US, Canada, and western Europe.

All I saw in that thread were some little kids gossiping like schoolchildren and talking e-shit. Guess standards of all sorts really are lower nowadays.
