if you live in Irvine, try the Tapioca Express (or Tea Station, forgot the name, they're all the same anyway) stores: 99 Ranch market plaza on Jeffrey, or any other Chinese hangouts in Irvine.

Since you're in Irvine, just visit one of the Ten Rens in Monterey Park or something. It's not that far of a drive. Over here in Winston-Salem I have to drive 40 minutes just to get decent Pho.

What the hell??! I consider that a helluva drive just for Green Tea! Well if there is traffic and all....BTW, Mike, what's up with you and Green Tea?
