Girl arrested for self portrait

This 15 year old was arrested for taking photos of herself and posting them on the internet. How crazy is that?

Perhaps she needs some counceling, but arrest????

Does that mean if I hit my own thumb with a hammer I can be arrested for assault?

If I go to Las Vegas and gamble away my car payment can I be arrested for theft?

If I indulge in self pleasure and I regret it aftward should I be arrested for rape?

 

I demand to see the pictures in question.

You can't rape yourself, rape is the act of having a sexual act with someone ELSE.

I'm here for the gangbang, but after hearing her age, i'll be back in a year or 3 depending on the state she lives in.

 

Next time you take vitamins, aspirin, etc etc, then I'm charging you with medicating a person without a license to prescribe medicine. I'm sure that's illegal in some way.

People overdose on prescription drugs all the time and don't get charged with anything.


This is just ridiculous because the reasoning behind the child pron laws is that people above the age of majority should not be taking advantage of minors who potentially don't have the good enough sense or ability to know it's wrong.

She can't be half adult, half child. If she is being charged as an adult, then she did not take a picture of a child. If she is tried as a child, then she didn't know it was wrong to do something like that.

Maybe it's statutory rape if she's touching herself in any of the photos too.


Lets start charging little kids who play doctor with sexual assault too! "Show me yours, I'll show you mine" should have some charges associated with it too...
