Well, you don't really need to destory it. We can explode a nuclear bomb close to it. Hopefully the shockwave produced by the explosion will cause the object to change its path. Even a little change will shift its obital path dramaticly. This would require much Math calc and the exact Megatonage of the Bomb it self.
