it just amazes me how dumb people can be.

like a piece of cardboard is going to help. the cost of new paint would exceed an insurance deductible. About the only thing you can do is keep it shielded and try to get the nose pointed in the direction of prevailing wind.

I can't believe that's for real. Not a bad joke though, like those riced out cars with ducttape and actual coffe can tips.

 

I guess the people with the silver Honda CRV didn't have enough cardboard to do their Mercury Capri.

 

I dont see why this is dumb. Hes protecting the glass from the pressure of the wind speeds, not from objects that can become projectiles.
