If they're the kind of customers who like to pay several hundred dollars for a LV handbag when a cheaper one is just as good but doesn't have that name, then the customers won't mind paying extra for the Paul Mitchel name. (Well, assuming that name actually means anything. I'm no expert in this area. Isn't PM stuff sold in regular grocery stores as well?)

So... Do you see a lot of LV stuff there?

My barber just retired...$12.00 Haircut and Beard/Mustache trim with tip. Guess I won't be getting my hair cut anymore....Can't see paying a styling salon anything when I have very little to style. The only other barber in town charges $15 for just a haircut and does a shitty job, and wants an extra $5 to trim beard/mustache.

the question that has not been asked was when was the last time Mr. A raised his prices?? if it was two months ago then it might be hard to raise them again just because of Paul Mitchel shampoo.

futhermore is shampoo that much of an expense in a salon to justify the 5-10% increase??

i would think the living in Cali the electric bill would be something that would concern me more

Never been raised before. But yes the electricity bill is a major factor too.

Question really is: John was happy with service and products before Alex decided to go Paul Mitchell. While service remains the same, will John like Paul Mitchell and can John justify spending extra for the product he may or may not want? FYI- I export a lot of Paul Mitchell stuff. PM me if you need a container
