In that pic he's running 235 all around with not that much camber and the fitment is like perfectly flush.

That flare won't do much unless you can do something about the position of your rear bumper. Are you going to be doing some body work on the rear bumper to push it outward?
That side of the car wasn't complete yet as the flare is too long/wide and still needs to be worked on. Here is a pic of the other side showing that we've pushed out the mounting position of the rear bumper:
