Those wheels look sweet on black. Popeye blew his chance yet again.

Anyway, hope your car is back on the road soon.

Rich,

When I asked the service manager at Immke why, it was brought up in our conversation that an over rev would be the culprit if not the oil for the sake of trying to find the cause, not that anyone accused me, but out of broadcasting my defense should anyone think that I would have, so my response was in defense of that. Just trying to make it clear that I have never over revved this car.
Overrev my ass? They should know that if it was an overrev, it would have a bent valve or worse yet drop a valve. A few of us know that eben hitting 10K rpm and the crank and rods are fine.

3:20 PM Wednesday - Was told after I had my case documented through AHM that I'd hear back about my case from their Regional Case Manager today to overhear and review my case...still waiting - Haven't heard back from Marysville Honda yet.
Patiently waiting, so much on my mind..., missing my S2000.

did you give them entire service record from Immke Honda?

BTW, ever since the new ownership, Immke has really changed. Their attitude is just about bottom line.

That picture is from our Spring mod day where I had my brakes flushed, and my hood is open when they did the valve adjustment and oil change.

Spoke with AHM regional case manager and he said the Factory Regional Rep reviewed the case based on what he was told by the Immke Honda service dept, and based off what he heard from them he is denying any assistance. And due to his decision, the AHM regional case manager says he has to go with that decision.

I could sense where this was going and am feeling victimized due to not having someone go to bat for me and deliver my story correctly.

If Marysville Honda isn't able to get you a deal, you can always tow it home and fix it yourself to save a few bucks. With any luck, the people at Marysville Honda will be able to persuade AHM to come through for you from the goodness of their heart.
