top always down has consequences
well...I of course got caught in our wonderful mini-downpour that we had tonight, with my top down. I was too foolish to put it up when it started sprinkling, even though I could see the lightning ahead...but I was trying to be cool....
so then the rains came pouring out of the heavens, and I couldn't see anything, and of course on 77N there's no place to pull over and stop.....too bad I didn't have a bar of soap with me, at least I'd be clean now.

I had that happen to me after I had the S2000 for 2 or 3 months....
I've learned since then....
Put the windows up....
Drop it at least one gear at the first sign of rain.... preferably two gears....
Step on the gas....
Run at 100+ mph and you might stand a chance of staying dry!!!!

well....for some reason, due to wind circulation, the only thing that got wet was the top, the dashboard/gauges, and the inside of the windshield.....go figure.
I wasn't about to run 100mph in hydroplaning weather....then I'd have a wet AND wrinkled car.
