Powder coating
That is possible, around $100 but you need to also completely dis-assemble the caliper itself (remove pistons gaskets and fitttings). You also need to buy a new set of rings and rethread the caliper after powdercoating them as the p/c will thicken up the threads of the fitting holes.
I did it, it took about 2 days on and off.

I wanted to have mine PC'd, but humbles2k convinced me to just paint them instead.
I forget why egg zachary.
I've heard lots of good things about Broken Arrow Powder Coating, no personal experiences with them tho. I have a friend/co-worker who does a little powdercoating at home. If you're interested, I can ask him to get in contact with you.

I've had lot's of powder coating done in the past when we were riding quads. I've had calipers powder coated as well. My opinion is it will be much easier to paint them, and the results will be almost the same.
To coat the calipers you have to completely dissasemble them as they are baked at a minimum of 400 degrees so anything that will be affected by the heat has to be removed. If the coating shop is good they will keep the coating out of all of the areas that will cause you trouble. If not you will have alot of work removing it. This includes any bolt holes, slider pin holes, and most certainly the piston bores. Some of the bolt holes in different calipers have odd thread size/pitch so be prepared to purchase some taps. It's best to put in new seals and o-rings when you reassemble, it takes alot of time to get them completely clean and all of the blasting grit out of them.
Custom Coating in Coweta is top notch, the owner and his son are dirt track racers and used to like to mess with this stuff and they know and understand what it is. Their primary business is oil field coating though so the fun stuff gets done when they get around to it, if they even still accept this kind of work. I suspect A-1 used CC to do the stuff done in the previous post as they are just down the road from CC.
BA powder coat was Giles many years ago, he was good, then there were some times after BA acquired it that I got really marginal work from them and the employees were working some sketchy end of week cash deals. I suspect they got all of that worked out but I haven't used them to validate the results.
