I don't think poot wans a spoiler... although I love the 04 wing.

If you need any advice on how to store the car for the winter... or how to care for the looks let any of us know....

Some of the people on this forum know a TON about this car making this community such a great source of information... and group of friends to meet.

Regarding winter car...You can ask me... but I reccomend asking people who drive their S in the winter.. as I am perhaps a little too extreme..... Then again... maybe you all R not extreme enough

Ooo, 3M clear bra! I wanted to do that in the beginning, but I have so many rock chips now that I need either a repaint or some serious touch-up paint work before I can.
If you get the 3M bra, DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT YOURSELF!! Please take my word on this. Have it professionally installed, it will save you money over trying to install it yourself.

I agree, I bought the RockBlocker(3M) kit for my '03 Silverado SS and attempted to install the hood section. I am pretty good at this type of thing, and VERY patient. After about 4 hours of beating my head against the wall, applying the product, heating it with a heat gun, and stretching it, I gave up, wadded the $125 hood section into a big ball and threw it in the trash. I was able to install the mirror protectors, light protectors, grill protection, and small body sections with no problem but the hood was a booger. After failing on the hood I wasn't about to attempt the bumper.

I wasn't going to try installing the 3M on my own - I've heard there are two ways to do it, though. One is to get the dealer to install it, the other is to have a certified 3M installer do it. With the second one you get a 3 year (or longer) guarantee. Are there any of these installers around the Tulsa area?

There is, but I can't remember who/where. If you call Four Star and talk to Charlie, he can give you the name of the place that does it.

I contacted the company that originally gave me a quote in Tulsa. They used to be at 43rd and Mingo, it was Digi-Tint. They indicated they no longer do the application but told me Shane Edmunds @ 809-8068 is an installer.
