Sooo i'm thinking of having my syncros on 1-2 replaced and while i'm at it why not put ap2 syncros in. I could buy an ap2 trans but honestly i think i want to keep the longer reduction gear of the ap1 since i'm boosted. anyone have a suggestion for a local shop to rebuild my transmission? trans doesnt grind often but if it gets any worse i'll just have it rebuilt before i break it.

secondly i found a set of PPG gears ready to drop in the trans case. i would need a shop that could swap those in too.

Joe, I know a guy that works at Honda and is more than capable of building your trans. LMK if you are interested.
