I had my brother do mine; Wyotech grad for suspension/brakes with 5 years experience. He works at the Les Schwab in Scappoose. I watched him do mine and he know's what he's doing. On the rear he was constantly going back from camber to toe after each adjustment to get it right.

I had my Prelude aligned at a different Les Schwab and was not impressed at all. Make sure you get the sheet with the final alignment setting on it; they usually give it to you.

Ive been doing some research into other methods. If there's still rubbing after i get the alignment done I thought I might also try to use a heat gun to mold the liners some or try the method of bending the tabs up and getting the liner behind it. I only rub two clips and the front part of where the liner tapers under the fender lip.

So does anyone on hear have either experience in doing those two method, and or a heat gun?

i did option one before i went the whole roll/pull fender route a few years ago, it helps if you only need a tiny bit of extra clearance otherwise it wont make a big difference, its easy enough for you to try if you wanted to do that before paying for an alignment. pull out the plastic tab that keeps in the liner, pull the metal fender tab down a little, and pull back the liner towards the engine and then tuck it under, push metal tab back up. that should give you a few mm more of clearance if that makes enough of a difference.

option two i have done on a couple old civics, you can do it with a heat gun or a blow dryer. heat up the plastic and push it upwards towards the fender. if you do that route make sure you heat it up using long strokes back and forth, otherwise its hard to shape evenly. that method is usually good if you are rubbing top center of the liner, not so much on the very edges.

speed concept has a set of downforce fenders they are willing to cut a deal on in stock if you wanted to go that route too. good luck.
