Of course group hug!

I am so glad you were not hurt. I've been in many accidents and I feel very lucky. I'm glad you were not inside the car as it could have been worse.

Remind me to re-think things the next time you ask to drive my car

Wow suck. Super suck. Doesn't matter if your insurance hands you a replacement 2006 Berlina with all your parts, or the cash value of the car, it's still a life altering experience and not in a good way. Not to mention the hassle of contacting people and doing paperwork.

A friend of mine's parked brand new (less than 100 miles) Subaru Outback was hit by an underage drunk girl driving a police officer's personal vehicle with the officer's drunk daughter in the passenger seat. The impact moved the car more than 15 feet, and up a rock wall. The first thing I asked him was, "Was your car parked on the correct side of the street?" It was. Insurance bought him a new car.

This is really really sad. Your car was so beautiful! I'm sorry to hear your loss, but I am happy that you are alright

Oh, man! that sucks. I'm very sorry for what happened to your car and that's very fortunate of you that you're not inside your car and get hurt. I'm pretty sure your insurance will take care of the damage. Did you keep all the receipts of the aftermarket parts that you added on your car? cause your insurance might reimburse all that money, too. Anyway, let us know and keep us updated on your car and again I'm sorry for your lost.
