You will run into this type of treatment at most shops, even the better ones.

Just remember that you have every right to know what is going on with your car and also to look at it even if it is not done yet.

DO NOT be afraid to be "annoying" and call them everyday if you want to. I do I also like to drop in un-announced and ask to see the car how it sits at that time. Any reputable shop will have no problem walking you back to the shop to see what is going on

yah.. it sucks how so many places in general can get away with bad service. its sad to think that good service is a pleasant surprise instead of the standard.

just keep it man...you've already put a lot into it, plus it'll be back together for the drive this weekend

hue, you got a open seat if my car isnt done by sat?

(my concern is even if it is, my fenders wont be rolled since the driver one has been replaced)
