Saw this on Ebay.

Seems like a lot..and if it adds 100HP then where did he get the extra 20 to bring him to 360HP?

Even if it was installed by Honda, it would have to void his warranty? Wouldn't it?

Not really, the burden of proof in a failure lies with the manufacturer. However, if they did prove that an aftermarket item was the cause of failure you'd be S.O.L. So basically the answer is: "Your results may vary."

Okay, I read that thread.. so you got 60 HP out of yours? 301? Sounds like some of the gain could be attributed to other factors. ...exhaust.. ram upgrade,. new cpu cooling fan.?

Don't confuse rwhp with crank hp, Microbomb. Assuming 15% driveline loss, 301rwhp equates to 354hp at the crank. Honda's horsepower figure of 240 for the S2000 is horspower at the crank.

Walter is correct. Stock S2000's the same day were putting down just over 200rwhp. And yes, a different exhaust, the TB, or other tweaks were (hopefully) contributing factors to a good dyno run. However, I really doubt the exhaust provided any real gains.
