These codes are typically because of high resistance across the sensor. The sensors likely are in need of replacement. The secondary air injection error is normally an artifact of the catalyst O2 sensor going bad. The ECU is expecting a behavior at engine startup and that sensor is a critical element. Which is why resetting the ECU is a bogus "solution" for this problem.

Something is wrong with the sensors, addressing that will solve the problem.
