Default Headlight Fogs Up

My passenger light fogs up. I did a search and read that I need to re-seal the light housing. I have no knowledge on how to do that. Are there any shops in the area that will do that? Should I take it to Honda? If you have any suggestions or advice please help.
Thanks

Look up the DIY instructions on "smoking" the headlights. Part of that process involves unsealing and resealing the headlights. It involves cooking them in an oven.
