Default my first mod!

hello people. finally driving my 05 sebring silver bone stock for past 5 months. I've decide to go for few modifications.
My first, exhaust! comparing between:
1. HKS High-Power......I like their name and quaility. People say they sound the best! but they don't look right on my 05...may be better on AP1??
2. Apexi GT Spec......Looks super nice with bigger tips...but how do they sound? loud? too much drone? People say I might loose some HP with this??
Pros and Cons for both system? I want something that looks and sounds nice!

Second, CAI....
1. Comptech Ice box......looks nice....no hydrolocking risks......
2. AEM V2......looks nice.....sound nice.....may be hydrolocking risk in PNW?
Pros and cons?? I want something that sounds nice!!

third, Mugen front splitter and Veilside rear spoiler...any good place to purchase them?

Thank you in advance. your info will be appreciated!!

the CAI,
i have V2 CAI, and i it!!
i bought it because of the sound, (didnt really care for the 2-5hp gain.) u really dont have to worry about water getting into the intake cuz V2 now comes w/a little valve that lets the water out of the intake.....
i have the older 1 w/o the valve, but ive made a little shield over the filter w/sheet of aluminum that prevents any water getting in......
so, get the V2 for sure!!

HKS over the Apex'i, for sure.
The tips look fine, and the sound is SEX. It wont add power or save much weight. But the sound/price/looks is worth it unless you wanna fight for a few ponies.

If you drive your car through lakes on the weekends, get the Comptech.
I ran an AEM V1 for a year in the Pac NW with no problem. You can make an umbrella for your filter with a disected milk jug, and you can plug the drain hole above it. Youll be fine.
Comptech looks better, but the AEM sounds better, adds more power, and is cheaper.

Mugen lip is available through Bulletproof, or of course Kings Motorsport. I like mine.
Veilside wing can be had at Evasive Motorsports for the best price.

it loses/gains as much power as any other exhaust out there for the s2000

some will tell you otherwise, but it's because they come from the JDM splitting hairs planet

The HKS is between -2 and +2. Id say it doesnt do jack.
I have the T1r 70r now and felt a difference. Supposed to be 15whp. That I dont know, but I felt a difference. HKS felt stock.
I am from the JDM planet. On that planet, we use common sense to know that a bigger pipe with less bends results in more gas flow. The HKS has narrow piping and has sharp bends, so it results in "no" gain.

Ben, I dont think Louie meant he'd beat an SC car. Gears are as close to stock looking as you can get. And keeping up with an SC car to 3rd or even being behind a little would scare the SC car because of how little he is pulling on a "stock" car.
What boost are you running? Stock 5.5 or 7 lbs?
