Thanks for the input! Please post your honest opinions in the other thread I posted about the SPGP (and the thread linked in there). Keep in mind I did no post-processing so that I cold get the pics up quickly.
As to the grass thing...I'm originally f/ western MA and it seems natural to have cars on grass....they are always that way at car shows. :dunno:

There's an HDR "look?" Seems to me what people think of is just one style of HDR. Taming an extreme range of light via HDR doesn't have to look like God is lighting the scene (or a Rembrandt painting).

The problem with these and other Noob hdrs is that you not using a scene that takes advantage of the technique. You need a scene that has detail in highlights and shadows of which your camera cannot capture in one shot. Hence high dynamic range. Shooting a "flat" scene that is alreay within the capability of the camera serves no purpose if you plan on taking multiple exposures.
