Question Soembody slap me- I had a F' it moment- with PIC's

I've been salivating over the Canon EF 500mm f4L IS and EF 300mm f2.8L IS for quite some time. I've read almost every thread, every magazine article, and just about anything I could find through Google. I've also been trying to justify the costs - mainly in the 500mm because it isn't just $5,500; you need the right support system and that is another $1,000 to $2,000.

Anyway, I think somebody put something in my coffee this morning because it gave me that F' it attitude. You know.......the kind that tells you things like "it is only money" or "you only live once"......yeah......that little bastard. Well, he made me pull the trigger on a 300mm f2.8L IS and 2x TC this morning. Actually, I think my mouse finally slipped over the Purchase Cart button

I'm excited and freaked at the same time! Regardless, it should all be here Monday

Whoa! Alex I hope you start making money on this hobby soon. I don't want it to interfere with the S2000 re-purchase.

Awesome, good choice!

Then again, I'm the guy that owns ~$35k in guitar gear.
