I've driven one a short distance but in my very brief tour I can say the best thing about this car is the power and the brakes. On the down side I agree with Dave regarding the looks. It's a lot of money to spend on something so ugly and related to the cheapest car from Subaru.
Even though I'm not an STi fan, I feel that the price is not that far off. There are no other cars in that price range that compete anywhere close to it for performance.
There is the MazdaSpeed Mazda6, it's similar in terms of features (AWD, turbo 4 cylinder, 4 doors, etc).... but it's not nearly as performance oriented.

ok, we need to make this a little easier...perhaps you can do the Vanna thing for us.....you said it was a ???????? so I assume that it has eight letters. Let's see, I'd like to buy a vowel...how about an "e".
- no "e".
I'm guessing... A white Ford Fairlane
I'll say his first car was a 69-70 mustang fastback with a 390
I once saw a 69 boss 302 wind it out and it gave me goose bumps. Still does thinking about it. The first model year that i could purchase new was 73. Really wanted a 73 transam. Phoned allover edmonton to see if they had or could get me one. nothing. The shaker hood scoop on the transam reminded me off the boss mustang. The way it would move with the motor and the air induction open when you revved the motor was awesome. The swirled aluminum dash was unique.

Those trans-am's were sweet cars back in the day. My dad had 2-3 trans-ams between the mid 70's and mid 80's... I remember being about 3 years old sitting on my dads lap and "driving" his red '86 trans am
Ok Lemme get in on this... Can I buy an "a"?
