with that kind of profit in one year no wonder the houses are so expensive here. you must of purchased from the builder then are you selling it on your own but you mentioned commsions.

i have lived in st. albert (north of edmonton)permanently for 16yrs. and go back there to visit friends/relatives. like the area but not the weather or roads. depends on where work is but there are many new areas to choose from. they say the real estate is getting hotter there. might want to consider the purchase thing again. good luck
