leak where the rubber seals meet the window?
Everytime after I washed the car, I noticed that when I roll down both windows and roll them back up, the passenger side window has more water streak on it than the driver side. Sometime the driver side doesn't even get water on it.
Is the rubber seal on the door where the window meets faulty?
Or is this normal?

i've got a seal problem on drivers very forward corner at top of window...leaks when it rains...will have to get it replaced
lucky it only snows and gets dry quick in Calgary, so no rush...if I was in BC i would have changed it earlier
i also noticed that a few months after owning the car which happened to be the hot summer months last year, my seals were a bit gummy and left some residue on the window tops...had to use a razor blade to clean the windows
all small stuff that can be fixed easily...luv this car!

Yeah, if it leaks when you wash the car, that's not unusual. If it leaks when it's raining, then it's unusual and needs attention. The seals only really work on water that's going downward, not sideways.
As someone already stated, leaking from driving in the rain is a defect. Leaking from when washing the car doesn't always happen but if it does, should not be considered a problem.
After I wash the car, I don't immediately lower the window. I wait till it's dried on it's own. The water collects on, under and near that rubber lip at the base on the window after you wash the car (surface tension), so if you lower the window, what do you expect?
As for treating your seals, the Honda silicone grease is overly priced and is not the only thing you can use. In a pinch, you can use rubber safe silicone spray but this needs more frequent applications. Phone a few other car dealers and ask how much their product is. I find the "Silicone Emulsion" from GM to be quite reasonably priced and it has its own little applicator built into the cap.
