Default My S2000

This past spring I decided to turbo my car. Most of the people were buying Lovefab/InlinePro/Ultimate Racing kits (all great turbo kits), I decided to piece one out myself and custom make one. With the help of another friend we fab up the downpipe/exhaust/brackets...etc for it. The project took a full month and we work on and off. It was frustrating at times because we encounter problems and delays in parts set us back. In the end it was worth it. I had the opportunity to go dyno my car in Saskatoon @ Performance Plus on their Mustang Dyno.
I had the boost controller set to 7psi, but i believe it spike to 8bit. The car made 305WHP. below is they dyno chart and video. I'm happy with the HP# and the car is amazing. A friend of mine from Edmonton came down for a weekend to help me street tune the car. With the help from some of the members and resources available from the forum I knew what to expect and what to stay away from. Unfortunately, I had to use the Greddy Emanage (recieved AEM EMS a few days ago), but from reading past experience of other users i knew what to avoid with the Emanage. For that reason the car is tuned conservatively with A/F at around 11.5:1 @ WOT and some timing retard.

305WHP with a mustang dyno is equivalent to what HP# on a dynojet? Does anyone know?

dyno was on a 4th gear pull.

About 345WHP (depending on the dyno and conditions of course). Generally, you add about 13% to a Mustang pull in order to get the equivalent Dynojet figure. Mustang dyno's are vastly better for tuning but always show lower numbers in comparison to a Dynojet.

Absolutely gorgeous car man. Love everything about it. That color is to die for!! Whenever i finally get around to getting an S2k that i'm going to keep for the long term FI is at the top of the list of things to do. Would be really interested to hear your take on turboing being it driveability, reliability, and initial costs/maintenance.
