Excellent price. Is there different grades/quality in the type of glass?

 

I'm no expert in this area, but I believe that the S2000 OEM windshield glass is quite soft and that's why so many owners have reported severe pitting and abrasions with them. A PPG windshield tends to be made of a bit harder glass and is a better option than getting another OEM windshield.

 

I'm fairly certain PPG makes the oem windshield. There are only two manufacturers for our windshield either way

It's just the angle of our windshield that makes it so phone to pitting and chips.

 

drove back from edmonton and the sanding treuckwas out. When i caught up to pass a lady was drivinga miata and was so close that i don't think the driver knew she was there. I guess she felt she was safe because she had a bra on. Doesn't matter what angle any windshield is at.
