Default Windshield replacement

so a rock left a little spider web in my windshield yesterday. When I got off work today I saw the 10inch crack on my windshield. Im guessing it must of been the change from cold to hot that made it crack.

Can anyone recommend any place to replace it? and how much is the average cost of this?

Also, is it safe to drive around with the cracked like that? its in the middle bottom near the windshield wipers and comes up.

in my experience it is safe to drive with it (altho in the past i would use duct tape on it) but i wouldnt do it for an extended period of time. average cost would be around 200ish, altho it can vary a lot depending on which type of glass you get (oem?)

It's against the law to drive with a crack in the windshield.

Secureway** Auto Glass in SF is where most people here go. I've been there, drove all the way from Fremont, and would do it again. A++++ service and work.

you cannot reuse the molding (at least i've never seen it being reused) they rip it out and then use a glue

does anyone know if there is going to be a groupbuy anytime soon? I know there was one before and the cost dropped down to about $150 or so.
