The price I got from CMS for the Kumho KWs are $150 for 225/50/16. That price includes mounting and balance. That is $100 less than a Blizzak LM-22 in the same size.
is that for the KW 17's or 19's?

My LM-22s rears were gone at the end of last winter. They lasted 2 winters I guess. My front LM-22s are like brand new though. So I am using kumho KWs for the rear.

Apparently most blizzaks wear pretty quick on dry pavement... my LM22's look brand new so far though

Let me know how those KW17's are... I hate paying more for my winter tires than my summers (17" LM22's aren't cheap)

Just placed my Blizzak MZ-01's on the car last week. This will be my 5th Saskatchewan winter on these tires.

My next set will be either Pirelli or Nokians.

My S is in winter mode as of a few days ago. Dunlop Graspic DS-2's all around. I'll snap a couple pics when the first snowfall hits which I'm sure is not too far off. This is Winnipeg after all! I'm surprised we don't have a foot of snow already!
