The tank in the RSX & S2000 is the same size (50 litres). Gas mileage was better with the RSX Type S (I know, I owned one). I would normally get 80 to 100 km more on a tank with the RSX.

Mobil 1 10W30 is generally the best way to go, based on value/performance, and our climate. Some locals will go to 5W30 in the winter, because of the cooler temperatures, but I don't feel this is needed, as 10W30 Mobil 1 still pours at extremely cold temperatures (and plugging the car in at -25 to -30 is a good idea irregardless).
You want to go with 205/55/16 front, 225/50/16 rear, for winter. Check into the Dunlop WinterSport M3's... my brother just got those for his Mazda3 and they're incredible tires, I like them even better than my Toyo Garit HT's, which are already a pretty damn good winter tire.
